Jeremy Pollins: Director
Jeremy Pollins qualified in 1985 after two years articles and two years post graduate with British Coal. He joined his father, Leonard Pollins, in 1987, before the merger and formation of Waller Pollins in 2003. Jeremy Pollins specialises in commercial property, conveyancing - residential, landlord & tenant - residential, wills & probates.

Jeremy Waller: Director
Gerald Waller founded Gerald Waller & Co in 1959. Jeremy Waller obtained articles with his father in 1984, which he took over in 1992. Jeremy Waller deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, , commercial property, conveyancing - residential, landlord & tenant - residential.

Keith Goldstein: Director
Keith is a law graduate of University College London. He was admitted in 1979 after articles with Benson Mazure in the West End and following qualification he worked for two years in the commercial property department of Forsyte Kerman also in the West End. Following that he has worked in the Hendon area variously as associate and then partner in different firms, as a sole practitioner and finally as a partner in Gershon & Goldstein which merged with Waller Pollins on 1st November 2013. He specialises in commercial property and also carries out residential conveyancing work, landlord and tenant residential possession work and some debt collection and litigation.

Alan Taylor: Consultant
Alan is a Graduate of Jews College in Semitic Languages He was admitted in 1974 after articles with Arnold Gilbert & Co. He practised with a number of firms including on his own account, before joining Waller Pollins at the inception of the firm in 2003. Alan specialises in commercial property, conveyancing - residential, landlord & tenant - residential, wills & probates

Aryeh Kramer: Consultant
Aryeh, originally undertook his training contract in Waller and Co. After completing his training contract, Aryeh moved onto a small West End firm from where he was head hunted by a large property company and solicitors practice. Aryeh remained in this practice for some time until he left to set up his own firm from where he was headhunted yet again to another practice where he remained for a short time before returning to his roots in this firm. Aryeh has higher rights of audience which allows him to appear in any court. He specializes in litigation and resolving matters for clients large and small. Aryeh is always sensitive to costs and tries not only to minimize them, but also tries as far as possible to agree costs in advance.

Brian Gordon : Consultant
Brian Gordon is a Graduate of University College, London. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. He worked with Farmar Miller Solicitors, in Hendon and Edgware, since 1980 where he became a Partner and eventually took over the running of the firm. Farmar Miller Nathan Gordon (as it eventually became known) closed at the end of 2013 and Brian then joined Waller Pollins Goldstein, bringing all his personal and substantial clientele with him. Brian specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant, Wills, Probate and other miscellaneous areas of law.

Julian Sharman: Consultant
Julian joined Waller Pollins Goldstein in January 2015. Working out of Borehamwood, Julian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Conveyancing and Property Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in April 1977 after successfully completing his Articles with Davidsons Solicitors in Oxford Street, London. Julian opted to specialise in Property Law and in 1986 became the Conveyancing Partner in Freedman Sharman & Company. In October 2011 Freedman Sharman & Company merged with The First Law Partnership and Julian brought with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from over 35 years experience in Conveyancing and Property Law. From residential to commercial, Julian is passionate about property. This is why he is able to give a bespoke service to clients and it is his attention to detail that makes him an exceptional conveyancing lawyer.

Mendy Lawrence: Solicitor
Mendy graduated in 2013 with a 2.1 from University of Westminster with an LLB in Commercial Law. After spending 9 months as a Paralegal at HCLS LLP in the Litigation department, Mendy then completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn. Mendy joined Waller Pollins Goldstein as a Paralegal in July 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in July 2016. Mendy works diligently in the property department, assisting on a wide range of residential and commercial matters. Mendy believes that the dynamic environment of Waller Pollins Goldstein and the opportunities that he has been given to perform substantive legal tasks allows him to continue to develop his experience and knowledge.
